Do you look and feel like Eeyore?
Are you grumpy like The Grinch?
Do you put coal in everyone's stockings,
Even though they're on the NICE list?
Do you dislike big Christmas parties? All the
Decorations, lights, and merriment?
Then stop and remember the reason for what
Celebrating this season is really meant.
It's to celebrate God giving us what's been
Called "The Greatest Gift Of All".
His only beloved Son to spread the Gospel and
To save us from sin--one and all.
The only lights were from Heaven: the star that led
The 3 Wise Men, and the Angel Chorus saying what had
Happened to the Shepherds. Those were the only guests
To the stable that first Christmas. Christ in a manger bed.
It's definitely a reason for joy and celebration--
And a time to fill you with peace. The clear, quiet
Night in Bethlehem, no Santa's, toys, or decorations. The only
Celebrities were The Father, The Son, and The Holy Spirit.
