HOW DO YOU PERCEIVE SOMEONE?

How do you perceive a person's worth
During their life?  Not by how much
Money or power they have, not by how
Famous they are either.  Or pack a mean punch.

Not by how many followers they have
On Social Media or how many love their
Videos they post.  Political affiliations
Don't matter or how many selfies they share.

What matters is what kind of person they were.
Did they treat everyone equally, be they rich
Or poor?  Were they noted for kindness
And helping others who were in a pinch?

Did they do the right thing because it was
Right, not to promote themselves?  Were
They honest and truthful at all times--not just
When convenient, or needed a lawyer?

For the record, God is the only one that
Can decide a person's worth.  Humans may
Try to--but what they do is more like judging.
God handles that on Judgement Day.

How will others perceive your life's worth?
Show God's love--not just in words, but
In actions.  Use todays technology to
Prove God's not dead.  He's anything but.
