CHURCHES AREN'T FOR BOMBS OR SHOOTINGS

Churches, Cathedrals, Synagogues
And Mosques, are places for different
Religions to pray and commune with God.
And to stop and reflect on your sins.

They are made to be a safe haven for
Men, women, and children to gather--
Have fellowship with other people,
Not to have the peace of Sabbath shattered.

They are not places for ignorant,
Hate-filled people to bomb or
Come in and murder people
Because they don't like those that differ.

Even in the Old West--churches
Were considered off limits to
Criminals and gunfighters.  As long as you
Were in that church, there was nothing they could do.

It is always devastating when someone is murdered.
But especially in church.  It's sad to see
Armed guards around the churches--and to know
Members are carrying weapons in a place Holy.

Sadly, the ones that commit these crimes are the ones
Who need to hear about God the most.
