Tragically, once again--fear, hate,
And ignorance have caused the deaths
Of innocent men, women, and children.
And in a place of worship, no less.
The people who commit these horrid
Acts of carnage think they will be
Seen as "heroes" by the world. But that's
Not how they will be remembered by history.
Just because someone looks, talks, or
Is different from what you call "the norm"--
Doesn't mean they deserve to be murdered.
Not everyone who's different means harm.
Everyone should stand together
Against violence and all hate--
All around the world, and make the world
Safer and better before it's too late.
