I feel your presence in the air around me.
Your good works I see everywhere I go.
Your love is so strong and unconditional--
I feel it in the depths of my heart and soul.
Your patience is deep and unending.
I know I'm safe in the shelter of your arms.
Whatever troubles may befall me--
You're my rock and shield me from harm.
You and I have daily conversations.
You listen to what I'm feeling, and
Never say I'm silly or stupid--you say
Don't worry--remember the footprints in the sand.
Some may think I'm crazy, saying we
Talk all the time--when they hear no sound.
But you and I understand my meaning--
My heart and soul feel your answers, I've found.
Thank you for being my Lord and Savior.
Paying for my sins with your life.
Help me make my faith stronger,
So I can join you in Heaven when I die.
