IRRITATING PEOPLE

Do you know someone temperamental?
You never know their mood?
You'd like to walk up and smack them--
But then YOU'D be being rude.

They come along behind you--
And redo things you've done.
Or move things when you're
Not there, no apologies--not one.

These kinds of people can drive
You up the wall.  I don't know
Why they feel the need and take
It on themselves--they can't let it go.

They don't respect your boundaries--
But you're supposed to respect theirs.
They don't care if they upset you,
They act blissfully unaware.

You can tell them straight out
You don't like it--but it won't
Do any good.  They don't really
Listen, and you don't get a vote.
