It is a sad fact of life
That people these days find
It easier to show hate, anger,
And mistrust than be kind.
It is also sad that the
Only time some feel that
It's it's okay to be kind and
Helpful is after an attack.
Tragedy should not be the
Only reason to show caring
And kindness. No one should be
Concerned about what others are thinking.
Showing random acts of
Kindness is not just a phrase.
It's something everyone
Should practice all of their days.
It doesn't have to be extravagant,
Nor big or small.
Just something to show kindness--
Anything at all.
Show those with hatred and
Evil we won't let them win.
With God's guidance--love
And kindness will triumph again.
