YOU ARE BLESSED

If you have a roof over your head,
You are  blessed.
Some people have no roof,
No place to take a rest.

If you have food to eat--
And some to spare,
Be a blessing to someone
Who is hungry and share.

If you have clean clothes
And can keep warm in winter--
You are blessed.  Some have none,
And the cold wind is bitter.

If you opened your eyes
Today and all was well---
You are blessed.  Some never
Wake to see the sunrise over the hill.

If you live in a country
With no bombs and war,
You are blessed.  Some countries
Citizens know peace no more.

If you know God and
Were baptized, and belong
To Him,you are richly blessed
Your whole life long.
