It's always hard to
Understand how people think.
It's no wonder we feel
The world is on the brink.
Leaders of governments
Show arrogance and refuse to compromise,
People who used to be trustworthy
Are found to be criminals telling lies.
People jump to conclusions
Without knowing the facts.
And pass on gossip that can
Stab innocent people in the back.
People who abuse or kill
Innocent children or pets,
And domestic abusers deserve
The harshest punishment they can get.
The devil and his minions
Are confident they will win--
They forget Almighty God is
Bigger and stronger than all of them.
