Leaves of every color,
A slight chill in the air--
Hay rack rides with friends,
Pumpkins and hot cider everywhere.

Everyone knows what this means:
October and Fall are here.
And Halloween is coming,
People dressed to scare.

Some churches have programs
For kids on Halloween.
They call it "Treats Not Tricks",
And do all sorts of things.

It's a way to make sure your kids
Have fun, and their treats are safe.
You can take them there,
No matter you're faith.

If it's safe-you may have a bonfire,
After the hay rack ride.
Drinking cider or cocoa, making s'mores
Having the time of your life.

Take pictures and make memories,
To last your lifetime through.
The fun October and Fall bring,
Makes things feel fresh and new.
