What do you do,
What can you say?
When people who were friends
Just turn and walk away?
Some may say that
You don't call them anymore--
But the phone works both ways,
So you wonder even more.
Others decide to "move on",
You're not in their league.
That can cut the heart like a knife,
Leaving it silently to bleed.
You feel like an intruder,
When you used to feel at ease.
All you can do is live your life,
And let them do as they please.
