Billy Graham has lived his life
In service to the Lord.
He's counseled many presidents,
He's never asked to be adored.

His revival meetings were many,
Some were even televised.
He felt it was his mission
To spread the Gospel far and wide.

His message has reached millions,
And he saved a lot of souls.
His son Franklin asked for prayers for him
As he is frail and getting old.

He's just a simple human--
Probably with faults just like us.
He put his faith and life in God's hands,
Knowing God is just.

When God does call him home,
For us it will be a major loss.
But Billy followed Christ--
And as asked-picked up his cross.
