Our government leaders said
Our medical system needed reform,
We could no longer tolerate
What was considered the usual norm.
They'd make a new system--
So everyone is insured,
What they came up with is totally absurd.
Their sign-up website
Crashed several times--
Angering millions-Some
Considered it a sign.
They also say unemployment
Is down, fewer people applying.
They don't mention benefits expired--
And families barely surviving.
The insurance plans they have,
Either the premium or deductible is too high,
You can't always keep your current plan--
Or get promised subsidies for which you "don't qualify".
Some may lose benefits needed,
Or doctors that know their conditions.
Yet the very people who wrote and passed it--
Made themselves exemptions.
Everywhere you look these days are
Headlines saying "Stop Obamacare".
If it really is for ALL the people,
Wouldn't the government want it's share?
