Bosses

There are different
Kinds of bosses--
Everyone will agree.
The kind you get is a toss-up.

Some are kind and encouraging--
Some are hateful and mean.
Some let you do your work,
And some like to cause a scene.

No talking to other departments,
Unless you go through them--
Department heads ask you for help,
Your bosses attitude makes problems for them.

When you have good, hard-working people,
You don't need to crack a whip,
It makes it uncomfortable to work in,
And good hard workers quit.

Some bosses think they know everything--
Some dress like Annie Oakley for your job interview,
Some will help you acclimate,
Others just say you're through.

They can't let you leave
Without some nasty comments--
So when you fill out the exit form,
Make sure it's seen by the company president.

Some people may deserve
Mean bosses --due to slacking off at work,
But nobody that I know
Wants to work for a jerk.
