While babies sleep,
God's angels keep
Watch over their peaceful slumber.
God knows each one personally by name--
He never assigns them numbers.
No matter their gender, race, country, or religion,
We hope they can work together to make correct and peaceful decisions--
To make the world better for everyone,
Not just humans, but the animal kingdom.
Preserve habitats and open spaces, make people feel safe again.
Our generations should not wait and leave the load all on them.
We're supposed to leave things better than we found them for future generations.
How will we explain why we failed them?
