How will I be remembered
When my time on earth is done?
Will anyone remember me--or
Even notice that I'm gone?
I'd hope to be remembered as a
Kind, loyal and trustworthy friend.
A child of God who took care of family,
And listened and prayed for friends.
Most will only remember my health
Issues and migraines. They'll be busy
With their lives and new friends--my
Being gone won't be noteworthy.
Most of the cousins I grew up with are dead,
Or certain family members caused a rift.
Christ is always with me, God's precious gift.
Some think I'm playing a victim or a whiner.
In fact, I'm neither,just expressing how I feel..
I'm sad and depressed at how things are--but
I would never hurt myself. Think I'll be
Remembered now?
