DISRESPECT

Just because someone is different
Than you--does not give you the
Right to disrespect them.  Revenge for
That disrespect should not come from a gun.

No one has the right to disrespect anyone.
You don't know the trials they have been
Through--what makes them distrustful of
Others--things they've seen, where, and when.

There are givers and takers in this world.
The givers help others and let them know
They have friends.  The takers are sometimes
Verbally, emotionally, and physically abusive, a foe.

It's best to keep your distance from those
Toxic kind of people.  It's hard though, if
They're part of your family.  Some takers
Set up others to fail and enjoy watching it.

Some takers are two-faced.  They act
Supportive and friendly to your face, but
Say mean terrible things behind your back.  Some distance
Themselves--they've "moved on".  The friendship cord is cut.

God created us all as equals--no one better
Than the other.  That means that no matter
The color of your skin, you deserve the same
Respect and opportunities as others.

GOD IS NOT DEAD!!! So no human has been
Given the authority to judge others.  Those who
Think they have, should watch their backs.  God
Is everywhere, and you reap what you sow.
