Tears fill my eyes and run down my
Face as I think of all those we've lost.
Someone didn't take precautions when they
Were sick, and the world bears the cost.
Most people blame China--saying it started there.
The concerns and problems now are treating
It and making sure if any new symptoms show--
What they are and enough protection clothing.
This quarantine is making most people stop
And realize what is really important in their lives.
People tired of being cooped up, go out and party
With no masks and no distancing: very unwise.
Our First Responders need our help---NOT IN
INCEASING THE NUMBER
OF PATIENTS, but by helping to treat and heal
The ones they have, some on ventilators.
None of us are invincible or immune.
It hits anyone and everyone the same
Way. You could be a millionaire and still
Die from the pandemic. This is life, no game.

Control the spread: Wear masks in
Public, stay away from large crowds,
And practice Social Distancing. Don't
Let it win.
