The Lord has blessed me with
A wonderful group of friends.
The kind called the family you choose.
I hope that our friendships never end.
We are there for each other in good
Times and in bad. We make
Each other laugh, or give support
When we can. That's the icing on the cake.
We understand each other's sarcasam,
Bad jokes, and downright looniness--
We don't have wealth and possessions,
But we are definitely blessed.
We're all different shapes and sizes,
Some have degrees, some of us don't.
It doesn't bother us--we know we're
All just humans trying to stay afloat.
Never take for granted friends like
I have. Some may say we're crazy--
They just don't understand. God had us cross
Paths for a reason. That's enough for me.
