HAVE YOU EVER?

Have you ever done something kind,
Without what you'll get not coming to mind?

Have you ever visited someone who is ill?
Just to chat or pray that they'll soon be well?

Have you ever taken food to a bereaved family?
Or shown them they're considered God's family?

Have you made or taken time to listen
To someone whose burdened?  That is a mission.

Have you ever thought about the consequences
Of what you say or do?  Good or bad choices?

Have you ever prayed for those who have problems?
Whether health or emotional--pray for them.

Have you ever thanked God for another
New day?  He decides:  no other.

Have you ever been  happy and content
With what you have?  It's not measured in dollars and cents.

Have you ever enjoyed each day in case
It's your last?  Follow your dreams at your own pace.

Have you ever thought at the end of the day--
Thank you God for guiding my way.
