GOD KNOWS

God knows the exact number of hairs on
Your head--even the gray ones you cover up.
People are dying from starvation, unclean water, and
No medical care.  You're upset:  no openings at the beauty shop.

You break a nail, get dirt on your clothes or a tiny
Rip.   Innocent people are taken from their homes,
Forced to kill others, or give pleasure to their captors.
The fates of friends and family, unknown.

You have an accident in your car--you and
The other driver rant and rave whose at fault.
A newborn needs medical care, but terrorists
Bring caravans of medical supplies to a halt.

You want to go to a concert--but can't get
Tickets, you're mad.  Refugees all over the
World just want a home where it is safe
To live.  Remember the Golden Rule, duh.

Erring on the side of caution is one
Thing--separating children from parents
Is cruel:  no matter where they're from.
That action has absolutely no merits.

Some fashion designs these days
Are truly ugly and cost too much.
Some would appreciate new, clean clothes,
Instead of what they've worn for months.

God has a reason for everything that
Happens, though we may not know it now.
His eye is on the sparrow--it is also on us
To see what we prioritize and how.
