It doesn't matter how rich you are--
Money cannot buy common sense,
True happiness or love. It does not
Buy you integrity or respect.
It will attract people who want to
Know you for your financial worth--
Not who you really are as a person.
They think being rich is Heaven on earth.
Money does not make you better
Than others--we're all the same.
You may have a fancier house, eat at the
Finest restaurants where you're known by name.
But without love of family and friends--
That disappear when trouble
Shows up, it doesn't really matter,
You're all alone in a fancy bubble.
Integrity, love, and respect have
To be earned--not bought.
And common sense helps solve
Problems that money cannot.
