OPEN SEASON ON KIDS?

Since when do we have an open
Season on children?  Whether
Young adult or child:  You don't kill
Children.  It isn't only strangers.

These days, it's the child's mothers
And fathers or their parents "significant
Others"  It also happens when someone
Gets a job, but doesn't get good training.

Parents are supposed to protect their kids
And make sure they are safe.  Abuse and
Neglect does not come under either of those headings.
Anyone who thinks so is deaf, dumb, and blind.

Companies who use heavy equipment need
To be sure their employees get intense and
Quality training before letting someone use it.
Some people's priorities and actions we don't understand.

It comes down to this:  no child should suffer
Pain, and abuse of any type.  There are
People I know who've buried their children.
No matter their age, no one that pain should bear.

PARENTS SHOULD NEVER HAVE TO BURY THEIR KIDS.
