Cascading silently but steadily from the
Sky, the landscape is changed by snow
Overnight. It makes you realize that
Nature can put on quite a show.
I know most people hate the cold and the
Snow. Shoveling for hours and hoping that
They don't get stuck or in an accident because
Winter's been long and dreary--their spirits are flat.
But if you just stop for a moment and
Look at it while it's untouched--
Think of it as a beautiful gift from God to see how
Our souls are washed white as snow through Jesus.

Hallmark cards are winter scenes that remind us
Of home and family--just as with God we are one.
While we go around grumbling and upset
About the hassles snow can bring--
Let's also remember God love's us unconditionally,
And let our voices in His praises ring.
