SOUND AND FURY OF MOTHER NATURE

Mother Nature's in a fury tonight.
Not as bad as we know she can be--
The wind is blowing hard, rattling windows,
The rain is heavy and loud--she's in a fury.

Every once in a while, you'll hear the
Low, but loud roll of thunder.  Like it's
Coming from deep inside.  I pray for
The people who have to be out in this.

Small children and pets get scared
And look for comfort or a good
Hiding place.  Hopefully no animals are
Left out in this.  Anyone knows that, or should.

Low barometric pressure can affect pets
As well as humans.  We are bothered in
Different ways--but equally severe.  Everyone
Needs equal patience and caring for their fellow man.

Compared to other times documented--
Tonight is just a temper tantrum.  When
She's really mad, it gets much worse,
And only God can reign her in.
