STORM

Man riding horseback goes to the
Hilltop to look over his land with pride.
It's been in his family for generations--
Everywhere you look, far and wide.

His family worked hard to lay
Claim to this land.  Every family
Member was there to lend a hand.  Now
It's a horse ranch and place for horses to breed.

His own horse, Storm was born on
The ranch.  A coal black stallion
With a silver white main and tail, and a
Sparkle in his eyes that was almost human.

The man and Storm had an instant
Connection.  They fit together
Like pieces of a puzzle.  They trusted
Each other, always through whatever.

To have that connection with another
Of God's creatures is a huge blessing.
You love, and care for them, and keep
Them safe.  As you do, you learn a life lesson.
