WHAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE

All I want is peace--
No wars, no hatred.
No bullying, no ridicule.
No looking down on others.
No terrorism anywhere--
Our government to do what
Is best for the entire country,
Not just for themselves.  The
President to think before he
Speaks and when we say he's
Going back on what he originally
Said--not say we heard "fake news"
Giving "alternative facts".
People actually helping others--
Not murdering them.  People with
Mental Health problems, including vets
With TBI's and PTSD get the help and
Care they need.  People wasting money
On frivolous things put the money
Towards helping the homeless and the poor.
This may sound like an impossible dream,
But in the beginning--that's all God wanted
To have too.  He gave man free will, and
We blew it.
