Whenever a close friend or
Someone we love goes away--
Even a pet, our heart feels like
The pain of loss will always stay.
Whether they move far away,
Or they have gone to Heaven--
We have memories of them
That they have given.
Like the Phil Collins song says:
"You'll be in my heart--now
And forever". That's where
They are, don't ever doubt.
Time may pass and ease
Your pain, but they'll be
There--their memories guiding
You, you'll see.
They will be forever in
Your heart, and God is
Forever by your side.
