DID YOU SEE THE ANGELS?

Did you see the angels in Las Vegas
That night?  They took the departed home
To Heaven on high.  Everyone had
An escort, no soul was alone.

They're at the bedside of those
Still fighting for life, to ease
Their pain, and comfort family
Whose crying and prayers never cease.

The angels also are with the
Everyday heroes from that night.
Who were tested by fire--
And came out the other side.

God and His angels are always
With us--especially at times like these.
To give love and comfort and bring
Us what we crave--peace.
