CRYSTAL CLEAR

No cover-ups, or smoke and mirrors,
God's love for us is crystal clear.
We're His creations and His children--
And He holds us very dear.

He gave us the Bible as His word--
Ten Commandments to keep us from sin.
He gave His only Son to die on the cross
For our sins and prove we're important to Him.

He also gave us free will.  Some say
"Why do bad things happen to good people?"
There are always consequences to our choices--
Good or bad.  All decisions cause a ripple.

Some to choose to drink and drive,
Or live a life of crime--
The ripple effect is good people,
Wrong place, wrong time.

God's love is steadfast, strong,
Unconditional and eternal.
You cut corners at work and don't
Follow through-a child becomes an angel.

The Bible says there is a season and a
Time and place for everything under Heaven.
When someone's season and time is at an end--
He sees they're tired, He calls them Home to Him.

God gives us gifts everyday--
Waking each morning, bird's singing.
Each newborn--animal or human,
Taken for granted instead of rejoicing.

God's love for us is
Crystal Clear and true.
Just believe in Him and follow
His word, be baptized and born anew.
