Ribbons of love are everywhere,
In every color of the world we know.
Not always seen by the naked eye--
But felt by the heart and soul.
They're sent by God to everyone . And
Sometimes you only see the results.
Being kind to each other whether stranger, family
Or friend. They're sent to kids as well as adults.
Wanting to help others because you want them
To know someone cares and they are not alone.
Having been through what they're going through--
And not wanting them to feel no hope.
Ribbons of love are sent all over
The world, to countries in mourning,
And those not at peace. They may get
Trampled by those who heed no warning.
But God sends them always and
Forever--so they are there to
Bind a broken heart and aching soul.
Which is what love in all forms should do.
