It's never a good idea to
Try to be someone you're not.
God made you to be unique--
And He knows what's what.
You have to make up stories,
Live or dress beyond your means--
Trying to be a fashion plate,
When you prefer t-shirts and jeans.
You can't fake it forever--
Sooner or later you'll get caught.
You'll end up humiliated,
And all your plans will be for naught.
It's best to be authentic and
Honest--people will either like
You or they won't. If not, it's their
Loss and they can take a hike.
