God sent out His angels
To bring the departed home.
One for each of them--
So they were not alone.
He doesn't pick just
Certain ones--they all
Receive His loving care,
And answered when He called.
We may never understand
Why our loved ones are gone.
Why they're killed in accidents--
Or shot by someone with a gun.
There are no perfect answers,
For all the questions we have.
God's loving arms around us
Makes a healing salve.
God sends out His angels to
Everyone--no matter their need.
And the Bible has words of
Comfort for everyone to read.
