LORD, WHY MOSQUITOES?

Lord I have a question to ask.
With all the problems in the world now,
It may sound trivial or foolish--
But since You're the Creator, I'll ask anyhow.

I know You have a reason for everything
You do--I'm not doubting Your wisdom,
Or trying to be sacrilegious, I just
Want to know.  Because it's a problem.

Why did You create mosquitoes?
I don't see what good they do--
They bite us, make us itch, and
Carry diseases that can kill you.

If all they do is make us uncomfortable
And carry diseases that make
Us sick and possibly die--then
Why did You make them, for goodness sake?

You to deal with than mosquitoes, I know
You'll answer in Your time--and I love you Lord.
