Find The Harmony In You

When your life gets chaotic,
And you feel you're losing your grip--
Take stock of everything,
And then take a trip.

You can get away somewhere
To relax and become one with nature.
Walk through a forest, hear the quiet--
Or stare in awe at a mountains' grandeur.

If you can't leave town--
Find a quiet, serene place
At home.  Spend time there
Everyday, relaxing--making it your space.

You can pray, read scriptures or
Daily devotions or just meditate.
Whatever will put your mind and body
In a peaceful, calm state.

If you can't find harmony
Within yourself--you'll have trouble
Finding it anywhere else.
With it, your happiness will double.
