In my humble opinion,
All large companies under one name--
Should have compatible computer systems
As part of their main frame.
It's fine if they want to do
Loans, insurance, and credit cards--
But all these sections need a common thread
So that dealing with them isn't so hard.
They are listed under one main name--
But evidently they can't communicate
With one another when needed,
Unless a customer gets irate.
There should be a main program
Kept up to date, and accessible to all
Employees showing pertinent information
Before they make their calls.
And make sure each employee
Is trained and understands
The job they're supposed to do, so customers
Don't have to explain their job and hold their hands.
To me it is only common sense
So that everyone is aware,
Of everything to do the job--
But I guess big companies just don't care.
