My Life

My life is a plan
God made just for me.
I don't always understand it,
But I'm where He wants me to be.

It has it's ups and downs,
It's losses and gains.
Just like every life--
There is some pain.

I try not to be depressed,
Sometimes it's hard--
He knows the order of things,
Down to the last part.

I'm glad He's in charge--
If He weren't, I'd be in trouble.
I'd try to do things on my own,
And my plans would burst like a bubble.

God has plans for everyone,
All you have to do is listen.
He'll guide your way through life,
And call you home when you've finished your mission.
