When you feel ready to scream,
And your last nerve is ready to snap--
Remember how patient God is with you,
And you're a tough nut to crack.
He doesn't say I told you so
When problems fill your day.
He simply says He loves you,
And helps guide your way.
He helps you hold your temper,
And know when to bite your tongue.
He teaches you to have patience--
Enough for everyone.
His love is unconditional,
His help is always there.
All you need to do
Is talk to Him in prayer.
