God Is Always Here

When my heart and soul
Are sad and weary--
And life's problems threaten
To engulf me, Christ says
I am here, give your burdens to me.

God my Father sent me,
To save you from your sin,
He's always here to comfort
And to help you--
Don't hesitate to let Him in.

During good times and bad times,
No matter what is wrong--
He'll love you and guide you,
Lift you above the storm--
And make you strong.

And when your earthly time is over,
And you draw your last breath--
He'll still be there to comfort
Loved ones that mourn you,
As you go to your heavenly rest.
