Down in a barren valley,
Or up to the highest hill.
Like a roller coaster ride
Without the excited thrill.
It's normal to feel them,
You're only human, after all.
But don't always let them rule you,
That can lead to your downfall.
Have integrity and good instincts--
Use them to lead your way.
Don't manipulate or hold grudges, or
Your goals and dreams won't see the light of day.
Be a mentor to someone--
Show them the right road to take.
You'll develop a strong bond
That will be hard to break.
Anger is a strong one--
Some people live on that.
In the end, it's destructive--
And very, very sad.
