Little Worlds

Whether we realize it or not,
In this great big world everyone
Of us has their own little world.
Some share it, some won't share with anyone.

Celebrities live in fishbowls,
Everything they do is news.
Others keep their worlds private--
Everyone shares their political views.

Some people's little worlds
Are delusional, it's sad to say.
It's not their fault--chemical imbalances
In their brains make them that way.

Some little worlds may include
Living a double life.
No one knows anything about it--
Especially the wife.

Some worlds people think
They're the lord and master.
And what they say goes--
If not--it's a disaster.

Then there are the little worlds
Of people who are shy.
They have tremendous strength and talent--
They want to share, but chances pass them by.

Others open up their worlds
To improve our planet.
Little worlds come together so we can
Take our big world and advance it.
