Stress Detox

Everyone has stress
To deal with in their lives.
Different types and levels--
We need to develop ways to survive.

Some take exotic vacations
At faraway resorts.
Others spend time playing
Or watching their favorite sports.

Sometimes friends will go
Away to a spa to relax,
Get massages, mud  wraps--
And get their bodies toned and waxed.

Most people can't afford
Ritzy ways to detox.
They sleep in, read, listen to TV and music--
Spend the day in PJ's and slipper socks.

We all need to detox
From stress in our own way.
Clear all the cobwebs, energy renewed--
Ready to start a new day.
