To support someone's dream or ideas,
Even if you think they're dumb--
To let someone know they're special
When their feeling glum.

Don't fill their heads
With impossible lies.
Just make sure they know
It takes hard work to survive.

Don't laugh and make fun,
It will damage their self-esteem.
They should feel that
You're on their team.

Everyone needs some--
No matter their age.
Children especially need it
As they go through each phase.

Adults need it as
Much as kids--
To know their efforts are worthwhile
And they're not just flipping their lids.

Everyone feels vulnerable
At one time or another.
It doesn't make you weak,
It means you're human just like others.

God has an unending supply
You can get whenever you need.
With His love and guidance,
You can't help but succeed.
