Your family doctor used
To say you were fragile emotionally.
God's out to prove him wrong.
He tests you with problems to prove the opposite actually.

You may be scared and nervous,
Unsure what to do--
He won't give you more than you can handle,
He knows your strengths and trusts you.

The things He helps you handle
May surprise friends and family alike.
They may definitely surprise you--
Don't give up without a fight.

Whether changing careers mid-stream,
Or perfecting a special talent--
God's with you all the way,
To steady you and keep you balanced.

You may turn into a caregiver--
That's a special mission,
To show love and care for another,
Do as God tells you--just listen.

The mission may be hard--
Responsibilities many and important.
You won't break down, take time to renew
Yourself--and don't start to rant.

The person you're caring for
Didn't ask for this to come about,
They cared for you when you were young,
Return the favor showing love--so there can be no doubt.

God will always have your back--
Even when the going gets rough.
The problems He presents to you,
Are to prove to you you're tough.
