Qualities Of A President

He should be strong,
Both mentally and physically.
He should believe in God
And pray for guidance daily.

He should have intelligence and honesty,
Common sense--not arrogance.
Listen to the citizens problems and unite the country
Not turn it into separate camps.

Make sure his advisors are honest,
And listen to their advice--
Not just do whatever he wants to,
And the country pays the price.

Make sure the military always
Gets their pay,
And vets get the help they need--
It's the AMERICAN WAY.

Know the Pledge Of Allegiance--
And that your RIGHT hand goes over your heart
When they play the National Anthem,
The President should do his part.

People shouldn't be fined
For not having insurance
When most can hardly afford food--
He should make decisions their lives to enhance.

He should have the people's trust--
Not their anger and scorn,
And not add to the deficit
Leaving the economy broken and forlorn.

Please pray for America
To stay "One Nation Under God"--
And that the elected government
Will do their job.
