PRAYER FOR THE POOR AND HOMELESS

This prayer is for the poor and homeless.  The homeless not only includes people,  but homeless animals. It's a sad fact that a lot of people  barely have enough money to pay for food and medicine as well as their utilities.  So in the heat of summers or during the severe storms of winter such as the one coming towards us now, that can lead to people dying and animals dying and its a problem everywhere. The homeless and poor people aren't all criminals or lazy. They have real problems that they need help with. They aren't just asking for handouts,  they just want to be responsible  citizens and provide for themselves and their families. They want to keep their dignity and be treated with dignity too. As far as the homeless animals, they didn't ask to become homeless or mistreated or starving.  No one, human or animal ever would want that. Everyone  just needs care, kindness, help and respect. People can be cruel to both. We are all created by God and none of us have the right to harm others. Society needs to do better by everyone. Our leaders need to do better too. Everyone needs to get their priorities straight. God is in charge, not those who think they know better. HE knows what to do. Always does. AMEN.
