How many times have we seen people judged for no reason, or even been victims of it ourselves? For some reason, most people today would rather criticize and tear down someone for everything, instead of encouraging and lifting people up. It can be friends, family, or even someone who doesn't know you---let alone the facts you've been dealing with. Those problems can add up with other trauma and issues that can be detrimental to your emotional health--but also your physical health. No one ever cared to ask if people were okay before, so why should we have to explain anything to them now? If at one time they did listen, they'd say you were a whiner or a victim. Or you're told not to say anything to the rest of the family because it would cause a row. Is it any wonder people feel all alone? Or like an outcast? People should think before they make remarks to someone: is what I say going to kind, helpful or even my place to say it? And if you've been friends forever, don't just drop them suddenly without an explanation. That's not only cold, it's cruel. Some of us are lucky, we have faith in God and remember He's in charge we can get Dr's and tests and medicines to help us. Sometimes, we get a support group to talk things through with, and we aren't judged or called names. Then there are some who aren't blessed that way and just end it and no one can understand why. If we could all just be a little more kind and tolerant and practice our faith whichever one it is---things would get a little better.
