When you break down and cry your heart out because you can't hold it in anymore, some people will think you're weak, whiny, and broken. What they think doesn't matter. God knows why you're crying and what He thinks matters. He knows your relieving some of the stress you've been dealing with, and is always there to guide and comfort you, and He has unconditional love for you. So let others think what they want, they may criticize you for things you do, or tell you to do something the way they would--but you don't have to listen to them. You do what you know is right and as God guides you. The others don't matter. They need to deal with their own problems and stop meddling in yours. It's hard to handle things alone. People have done it, but at what cost to their health and mind? And Don’t blame the ones who need care. Some people are kind, and some are cruel. Then there are those who pretend to be kind in public but in private make insensitive remarks to you. We need to put a lot of time and effort into treating depression and PTSD because everywhere people are cruel. Bullying, bodyshaming, laughing at people who are different either in culture or disability. IT NEEDS TO BE STOPPED!!
