CRYING

Crying is not a sign of weakness,              It releases pent up feelings and emotions--and opposed to a stroke or heart attack,                                                    A great reliever of stress.

You cry because you're in pain of some kind,                                                                Physical from injury or illness, or emotional because you're sad or depressed and need to let off steam.        There are alo tears that show up at happy times

They say "big men don't cry", that's a load of bull.                                                    When anyone cries it shows they're human and have feelings.                          Men cry at their children's weddings,  and at their children's births. They cry  when family passes--the pain in their heart is full.

Everyone cries, even Christ. The shortest Bible verse is "Jesus wept".          There is no need for extreme hysterics, a good hard cry will do. It doesn't mean you're weak or wimpy--if Christ can cry, then shouldn't we be able to?

You can still be strong and show your feelings,  however rage is not one recommended.  You can cry alone or with others. It's a sign of strength all it's own.                                                                  Crocodile tears are not wanted, if you can fake those, how good is your character?

It's OK to cry.  Don't let anyone tell you otherwise.
