Two words keep recurring when everyone talks about Olivia Newton John: Love and Light. She not only signed autographs that way, but she exuded it in her life. Other words used to describe her were: strength, courage, compassion, loyalty, and praise for her artistic ability.
Her close friends were her extended family and treated as such. She loved nature, and animals--especially horses. Most of all she loved her family. She was always kind and wanted to help others. She built the Olivia Newton John Cancer and Wellness Center in Melbourne, Australia to help others also affected by the disease. She was always herself, never put on airs or pretended to be what she wasn't.
She had millions of fans around the world, and they celebrate her life and inspiration and mourn her passing. If more people in the world had her qualities and persistence to help others, this world would be a better place.
